1. Clinical Scope & Medical Consultation
All clinical consultations, prescription dermatological therapies, and aesthetic laser/injectable procedures are provided under the direct supervision of Dr. Rahmat Ali (MBBS, MRCP II UK, FCPS Dermatology) at Derma Aesthetica / Rehmat Skin-laser Clinic.

2. Diagnostic Assessment & Treatment Eligibility
In accordance with PMDC regulations and good medical practice:
Mandatory Examination: No laser procedure (hair reduction, CO₂ fractional, Pico laser, American vascular therapy) or aesthetic injectable (Botox, dermal fillers, biostimulators) will be performed without a preliminary clinical evaluation.
Medical Disclosure: Patients are obligated to provide complete and truthful medical history, including allergies, current medications (especially oral isotretinoin/retinoids or blood-thinners), active skin infections, keloid tendencies, and pregnancy status. The Clinic is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from non-disclosed medical conditions.
Professional Discretion: Dr. Rahmat Ali reserves the clinical right to decline or postpone any procedure if it is deemed medically contraindicated, unsafe, or unrealistic for the patient’s skin phototype or general health.
3. Clinical Outcomes & Biological Variation
Human skin and biological tissue exhibit individual variations in healing, pigment depth, and collagen regeneration:
A. No Medical Guarantee of Identical OutcomesWhile our clinic utilizes state-of-the-art American FDA-approved laser platforms and standardized clinical protocols, individual biological response varies. Outcomes for complex conditions such as melasma, acne scarring, or hair thinning depend on skin depth, genetics, lifestyle, hormonal balance, and session compliance. No medical guarantee of absolute or identical results can be made.
B. Multi-Session ProtocolsMost dermatological treatments (including laser hair removal, acne scar remodeling, and pigmentation clearance) require a structured course of multiple sessions spaced at clinical intervals to achieve desired results. Skipping sessions or prolonged interruptions can alter therapeutic outcomes.
4. Patient Compliance with Aftercare
Optimal aesthetic results and safety depend strictly on adhering to post-procedure instructions:
Sun Protection: Strict avoidance of direct sun exposure and daily use of broad-spectrum SPF sunscreen is essential before and after all laser, peeling, and pigmentation procedures.
Prohibition of Unauthorized Products: Patients must not apply unapproved over-the-counter bleaching creams, potent topical steroid formulations, or aggressive home scrubs during active treatment, as these significantly increase the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) and skin barrier damage.
Reporting Adverse Reactions: Patients experiencing unexpected swelling, blistering, or acute discomfort must contact our clinic immediately via our official phone numbers for prompt guidance.
5. Appointments, Rescheduling & Punctuality
To ensure dedicated doctor time and sterilized laser suite preparation:

Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your allocated slot for registration and numbing cream application if required for your procedure.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your visit, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice so that another patient on the waiting list may be accommodated.
6. Financial Terms & Refund Policy
Transparent Disclosure: Consultation fees and procedure costs are communicated clearly prior to initiating any treatment or procedure.
Medical Services Rendered: Fees compensate for the professional clinical expertise of Dr. Rahmat Ali, sterile surgical/laser consumable usage, specialized facility overhead, and clinical staff time. Once a consultation, laser session, or injectable procedure has been administered, fees are strictly non-refundable.
Multi-Session Packages: Prepaid package plans are non-transferable and must be completed within the designated validity period unless an extension is granted on medical grounds.
7. Minors (Patients Under 18 Years)
In compliance with Pakistan law and PMDC ethics, patients under 18 years of age (including adolescents undergoing acne or hair therapy) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during consultation and procedure consent.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of clinical services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Peshawar or Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
